A twin-tower development comprising offices and a hotel, located adjacent to the Taipei Dome. The project forms part of an integrated redevelopment of the former Taiwan Tobacco Company site, together with a new park and commercial facilities. CDI joined the project after the basic scheme had already received approval from the Taipei City Government, with its role focused primarily on the design of the façades. While respecting the existing plan, the design aimed to achieve a simple and contemporary architectural expression. Following the earlier opening of the Taipei Dome, construction of the twin towers—whose realization has taken more than a decade—is now progressing toward completion at the end of 2026.
