This office building is located next to the Taipei Dome, facing Zhongxiao East Road and a park that was the former site of the Taiwan Tobacco Company. The building is made up of an imposing office building facing the main avenue, and a more intimate volume housing the first Intercontinental Hotel in Taipei

台湾の台北で工事中のツインタワー。
敷地は建設中の台北ドームに隣接し、旧Taiwan Tobacco Companyの跡地にある公園とともに一体的に再開発が進められている。
ツインタワーはオフィス棟とホテル棟で構成され、CDIがプロジェクトに参加した時点で、既に台北市の承認済みであったため、ファサードのデザインのみに集中し、シンプルでモダンなデザインになるよう計画した。
2023年現在、工事は終盤を迎えている。
