The One towers over its adjacent buildings on the waterfront of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Standing at over 300m tall over 65 floors, the Intercontinental Hotel is located on its lower floors, whereas the higher levels are given over to residential units with amazing views of Kaohsiung's dramatic deep water harbour. The One has become a distinctive and well known landmark in the city and is now ranked the tallest residential building in Taiwan.
