This library is the centrepiece of the Fujian Technical College, designed with an unusual curved V-shape. The site has a 9m fall from north to south, so the interior floors are arranged into platform-like terraces, intended to be used as reading spaces, performance, and lecture halls.

台湾デベロッパーによって計画された本図書館計画は、中国廈門近郊にある福建工科大学の中核施設である。
建物は湾曲したV字の形状をしており、大学へのメインアプローチを踏まえて計画されている。計画敷地は南北９Mの高低差があり、それを利用して読書スペースとして使用できるプラットホーム、他活動などを見る事ができるテラスなどが考えられている。
