EUROCHAM and CTBUH

Benjamin was proud to be invited as a keynote speaker by the European Chamber of Commerce and the CTBUH at two events in the wonderful cities of Hi Chi Minh and Phnom Penh.
The presentations which took place on the 28th and 30th of June were followed by panel discussions addressing the topics of living in tall buildings and how as architects, we can contribute to creating buildings which sustainably contribute to our living environment. Both events were well attended by clients and professionals from within the construction industry as well as the vice Prime Minister of Cambodia who addressed the audience in Phnom Penh.
A great thanks to all those who made the events such a success!!

ベンジャミンは、ホーチミンとプノンペンで開催された2つのイベントに（ヨーロッパ商工会議所とCTBUH）講演者として招待されました。
5月28日と30日に行われたプレゼンテーションの後、高層ビルでの生活や建築家としてどのように持続可能な生活環境に貢献する建物を作ることができるかについてのパネルディスカッションが行われました。両イベントには、建設業界のクライアントや専門家、そしてプノンペンでのイベントにはカンボジアの副首相が出席しました。
イベントを成功に導いたすべての方々に感謝しています。

THE EXTERIOR WALL CONSTRUCTION HAS FINALLY STARTED

The metal cladding on the exterior walls has finally begun.
The project is being managed by Yuji Arai, a sheet metal craftsman who has been featured in numerous articles.
The finish is expected to be exceptionally beautiful, and we eagerly anticipate seeing it applied throughout.

いよいよ外壁の板金工事が始まりました。
数々の記事に取り上げられている板金職人の新井勇司さんによって手掛けられます。
その仕上がりはとても美しく、全面施されるのが楽しみです。

WORKSHOP FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL IN TAIPEI
2024/03/05

From March 5th to 8th, during the third Taipei project workshop.
We had productive discussions where we could dive into the details.
We’re almost done with the scheme design stage and will soon move on to the detailed design stage.

3/5~3/8、3回目の台北ワークショップに行きました。
台北の中心部に新しいレジデンシャルタワーを計画しています。打ち合わせでは、詳細をつめることができ、有意義なディスカッションができました。
まもなくスキームデザインステージ（基本設計）を終え、ディテールデザインステージ（実施設計）へ進みます。

BUILDING COMPLETION CEREMONY
2024/02/16

The main timber structure of the building is now visible.
With the high ceiling of the third floor, there is a great sense of openness. The sunlight is abundant, and We are looking forward to the completion in July.

上棟式を終え、建物の全貌が見えてきました。
2枚目の写真のように、3階の天井高が高いのでとても開放感を感じることができます。
日当たりもよく7月の完成が楽しみです。

SITE VISIT IN TAINAN

Visited Tainan to see the ‘ TAINAN RESIDENTIAL TOWER ’
The site is progressing smoothly.

台南にて建設中のプロジェクト「TAINAN RESIDENTIAL」
1棟は上棟し、残り4棟も建設予定です。現場は順調に進んでいます。
